Send us a photo or video that involves a flag of any kind. We will select one of the qualifying entries to receive a prize of any flag of the winner's choice for sale on our website (up to 5' x 8'). The winner will be announced on our website on approximately June 20, 2009. No purchase necessary to enter or to win.

(*) Everyone who submits a qualifying entry will receive a coupon for 10% discount on their next on-line purchase from this website, redeemable within three months from the end of the contest.

How to Enter / Rules:

1. E-mail your photo or video to TheFlagFactory@aol.com with "Contest Entry" in the subject line. If it is already available on-line [ e.g., on a site such as YouTube (tm) ], send us a link or web address. Do not send physical photos or videos; they will not be returned.

2. The photo or video may include any type of flag(s) [ U.S., state, international, military, corporate, custom, homemade, etc. ]

3. The photo or video must be respectful of the flag and the people / organization it represents.

4.The photo or video may be inspirational, humorous, artistic, historic, unusual or interesting in some other way.

5. Please include any suggested caption, explanation or other information that you want to share about the photo or video.

6. The winner will be determined at the sole discretion of The Flag Factory. The winning entry will be published on our website, together with the winner's name, hometown and the prize awarded.

7. Entry must be received no later than June 15, 2009.

8. IMPORTANT: By submitting an entry: (a) You certify that you and you alone own the rights to the photo or video and that its use does not infringe on the copyright of others, (b) You give permission to The Flag Factory to publish it on our website and/or to use it in advertising or marketing without limitation or compensation to you. Any entry posted on our website will include the entrant's name and hometown unless requested to be ananymous.
