SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or Priority Mail within two weeks of receipt.

Shipping charges will be added to your order as follows (*):

$ 5.50 for orders of $ 25.00 or less

$ 7.50 for orders $ 25.01 to $ 100.00

$ 10.50 for orders $ 100.01 to $ 250.00

Free shipping for orders over $ 250.00 (*)

(*) Special arrangements and charges may be needed to ship some items, such as large flag poles, and for shipments outside the continental United States. In these situations we will contact you prior to filling your order.

SALES TAX

A sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped to a Pensylvania address, except that there is no sales tax on U.S. flags or Pennsylvania flags. Kits including flags are taxed at the full price of the kit.

If you have a tax exempt certificate, please indicate the exemption number in the comments section when checking out and fax a copy of the certificate to (412) 341-6722.

RETURNS

Before sending back any item, please call or e-mail The Flag Factory to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Returns must be received in saleable condition within 30 days of original purchase and must be accompanied by a sales receipt or sufficient information to verify that the item was purchased from The Flag Factory and the approximate date. Items not returned in their original packaging will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.

Seasonal or event items may not be returned after the season or event. Example: an Easter flag may not be returned after Easter.

Custom, made-to-order items are not returnable.
